Generation ZR420JC connects the HR420G-5 and ZR950JC, and is equipped with a hydraulic exit set adjustment mechanism and four external drive hydraulic circuits as standard, making it convenient and expandable enough to meet modern needs. As the name suggests, it is also attractive for its generous design, including a 42-inch (1,050 mm) wide crusher and a 3,690 mm long hopper (which can be fed into a wheel loader). This machine was originally used in the factory of a famous cement manufacturer (lime adhesion was severe, but the meter was under-utilised), and then our customer (a demolition company) bought it and used it a little. We have completed a series of repairs, including replacing consumable parts, repairing oil leaks, replacing the fixed gear teeth and adjusting abnormal hopper vibration .
