The Hitachi ZX470LCH-3 is a 1.6m3 (45t) class demolition-specification hydraulic excavator capable of multiple uses. The front has a multi-use specification with work equipment that can be replaced from the boom midsection. The 470-class power is attractive at demolition sites. It is equipped with a tilt cab, hydraulic track widening device and side walk steps, which were special equipment when new, making it very good value for money. The front section has actually been replaced and thoroughly tested to ensure that it works properly.
