NAKAYAMA NC1500RE MOBILE DOUBLE SHAFT ROLL CRUSHER

Mobile roll crushers are surprisingly rare in the market. The strong point about this machine is that it is most suitable for rough crushing of concrete waste (and asphalt mixed). It has a simple structure, is hard to break, and has features of low vibration and low noise. The NC1500RE manufactured by Nakayama Iron Works is a relatively large 30-ton class. It is powerful and efficient because it is equipped with a computer-controlled automatic reversing device and a magnetic separator (PRC1500P crusher: feed opening 1700 x 1500, maximum feed mass 300 x 1200 x 1500, capacity 100-200t/h). What's more, it has a hybrid mechanism with a generator. It is an ambitious model ahead of the current DENDOMAN. This unit was made in 2001 and has some rust on the exterior, but there are no major problems with the crusher or other structural components.
