HITACHI SR-G2000 SOIL RECLAIMER

Hitachi soil conditioners are well-known in dredging construction sites. It divides the market in two with the Komatsu-made Reterra BZ210-1. The Hitachi system uses twin shaft paddles to properly improve even high moisture content soil.
The following repairs were carried out at our company: - Full sheet metal painting, oil and grease replacement and other repairs.
　Mixer shaft seal replacement
　Swing gate bearings replaced.
　Replaced sticking conveyor feed rollers.
　Engine compression measurement.
The machine was originally used at a final disposal site, so there is some corrosion, but apart from that it is in good condition.
