Q Are listed machines all in your yard?: A

Not all listed equipments are located in our yard in Nagoya.
As we have been in the industry for long, we advertise the machine on our website requested by our allied contractors/dealers.
Those machines are located separately all around Japan.
Indicated prices are all where-is as-is.
Please check our inventory list.
Q Any warranty provided?: A

We are sorry, we can not provide warranty for second-hand equipments.
Instead, we do our best so that you can be sure of the equipment you are going to buy.
We provide videos, photos, an inspection report, or perhaps test-run as well.

The flow of your purchase
Q What is your payment conditions?: A

We accept either T/T or irrevocable L/C at sight only.
Payable currencies are JPY and USD, but other major currency like EUR, AUD are considerable.
Q Can we pay by loan?: A

For overseas customers, we are sorry for that loan is not acceptable.
Q Can you recondition/repair the machine we are going to buy?: A

Yes, we can do it with extra cost.
Feel free to inquire us for the quote.
Q Can you arrange the shipping?: A

Yes, we can accept CIF/CFR term.
We can arrange breakbulk, roll-on/roll-off, FCL and LCL, we are confident to meet your requirement.
Additionally, we are capable to do loading upto 20t excavators into a container.

Q Have you ever exported to our country?: A

In our history, we have been exporting to Far East(Taiwan,Korea,and China), United States, Canada, EU countries(mostly Ireland, U.K, Italy, France, Germany, Netherlands), most of Asean countries, Australia, New Zealand, Middle East(Dubai, KSA, Egypt mostly), Pakistan, Bangladesh, Sri Lanka, and Russia.
Q We want to inspect the machine before purchasing, but we need your invitation to enter Japan. Can you invite us?: A

If you have not done any business with us before, we can not invite you without the deposit.
You must settle 20% of invoice amount in advance.
Q We want to purchase brand-new machine.Can you sell us?: A

It depends on the manufacturer/sole sales agent.
If they allow us to sell, we can do it.Normally most of manufacturers/dealers do not like unauthorized party to sell.
However, it depends, let us know if you wish so.
Q Credit sale is available?: A

Basically, credit sale is not acceptable, but it could be considerable according to your creditability.
